Pics of the mileage and hours are attached. The new Michelin tires were installed in July 2022. In August 2022, we replaced all three ac units with Houghton low surge units, so we could run the front roof unit on the inverter while driving. We converted the dual inverters to a single Victron with dual outputs in 2021. The 12vdc and 110vac air compressors were replaced in 2020 with upgraded units. Both the 12v water pumps had the pump heads rebuilt in 2020, and additional replacement heads are included. An Air Force One toad braking system was installed, but we could never find a shop that would hook it up to the bus air brake system, so all the bus components and the towed vehicle components (except the brake pedal actuator) are included. Inclusion of the 12 sensor TPMS system is negotiable. There is a Mor-Ryde dual direction slide out tray in the pass thru basement compartment. Also, not pictured, is a washing machine, but no dryer. Rear drive axle seals were replaced in August 2022. The engine Air Filter was replaced this month, and engine oil and filter will be replaced before sale. That's all I can come up with right now.
