PRICE REDUCED TO $30,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This 1988 PT40 was one of the "concept" coach built by the so called "skunk works" in Ft Valley.
The skunk works was a warehouse a few miles out of town where a few coachs were built with "new" ideas for Wanderlodge.
The coachs were hand built and after one year the skunk works shop was closed down, the idea behind it was new ideas that could be used on the Wide Body coachs that were introduced in 1988 also.

This example is sound,no rust or anything but the paint is a little rough and there is a few small dents and dings.
Inside is pretty good,it has great bones and the price is very good!
Make me a real offer, one that you can write the check for!

The owner says this:
Some will know this bus as Ernie Eckberg's Inmigration. She is a unique 'Bird, one of about 15 hand-built to test out some new features to be incorporated in later models. She has a (non-computer) Detroit Diesel 8V92 Turbo Silver Edition (does not burn or leak oil) & 4-speed Allison transmission. All the normal Wanderlodge goodies, Blue Box with manuals, schematics, etc I would not hesitate to drive her across the country tomorrow. She has the solid steel body & chrome bumpers, built like a tank! Ernie took good care of her; as well as one of his signature floors, he replaced all the engine coolant tubes to my knowledge, probably much more. Call me for any further details.
Things that aren't working
She has some battle scars, the odd dent & scratch, and the clear coat is coming off in some places, but it's all cosmetic; hardly any rust. Main awning does not work, rear support bent, but all the smaller ones are fine. HWH leveling system works in manual mode, but auto-level function does not. The dash luminescent lighting sometimes flickers off, occasionally doesn't come on. I don't drive much at night, so haven't investigated it). There are still some switches whose function I have not yet discovered!!
Additional information
Since my stewardship began, I've: Had engine serviced regularly; Had the compressor & associated oil pipes replaced & governor rebuilt (2016); Had all air bags inspected, 3 replaced (2017); Hot water heater replaced; Alternator replaced with higher-output model (new, not rebuilt)(2017); ALL NEW TIRES! (this year) Potable water pump replaced with higher output model, accumulator removed (2018); Instahot replaced (in progress); Bathroom plumbing fittings replaced with oil-rubbed bronze; New mosaic backsplashes in kitchen & bathroom; I'm sure there's more, but these are the main items.
