This coach was a single owner coach that lived its life in Colorado. The owners are approaching 90 years old and could no longer drive it. The front end was completely repaired and repainted after the factory clear bra/PPF failed. The infamous fogged headlight covers were sanded and re-cleared as well as one fog light was replaced new. The start batteries and generator batteries are new. The coach runs excellent and still looks amazing for its age. The interior had a complete refresh including new solid surface flooring, new faucets, new sink drains, instant hot, all new cabinet pulls, all brass removed from the interior including door hinges. New door pulls and handles installed. The interior lights were updated with safer and cooler LEDs. The bedroom has a brand new stereo and speakers. This coach is plumbed for a washer dryer or that area can be used as a 2nd large closet. A new center AC unit was installed 3 years ago. The other two are working great. The coach has Toyo 144A on the rear (4 years old with 11,000 miles). The front has Michelins (2 years old with 4500 miles). The HWH systems works well as does the Aqua Hot.
