description: We have owned this BMC since 2018, but she needs a new caregiver since we are a two rv family right now. It was a work in progress when we brought it home. And we started off with a lot of repairs to catch up on neglected maintenance. So now just use it and fix things as needed. It comes with the ladder I bought to get on the roof (stored in the basement), the rvi brake system from our toad as well as the roadmaster tow bar and drop hitch. Sorry both toads are gone already. A couple of years ago the water loop of the aqua hot ruptured and I switched it over to a liquid to liquid heat exchanger. It’s documented on the forums. And has worked great.
Things that aren't working: Dash air doesn’t work. Coach batteries are getting weak. The main awning needs a couple of parts to function. The paint has seen better days. Mo
Additional information : Interior lights converted to led except the map lights.
House water pump replaced
All landing lights with flood light versions
Replaced Dupree valve
Replaced grey tank valve
Removed whole bathroom ceiling and replaced with wood
Installed 360 roof vents
Removed two sat systems from roof sealing all holes
Replaced ota antenna
Installed noco trickle charger for storage use
Installed battery disconnects
Converted taillights to led
Replaced most of the plumbing with pex
Replaced all power relays in bedroom closet
Replaced transfer switch
Replaced headlight assemblies with new glass units
Replaced both ac units with 15k Atwood units
Has the transmission computer rebuilt
Replaced alternator
Replaced diode isolator
Replaced domestic refer with Samsung residential.
Replaced the crt rear camera with a modern color version.
Toilet replaced with new domestic model
Repaired pac brake system
Installed boost and egt gauges.
