No Kidding!!


I sold this coach to the PO on April 17 2013. He drove it home to Lander Wy and put it in his heated barn. He was in the middle of a house remodel and the Bird needed some Primus work and he started on the Primus. He got the Primus boilers out and then he stalled. And,here we are,5 years later and the coach has only left the barn for exercise! He's never used it! Carol and I stopped in to see the coach,we took the pics.
The owner has a nice truck camper,hes been using it for his adventures,hes a busy man and still has a (gasp!) JOB!!

Heres the details.

The paint is pretty good overall but theres a few scratches and some small rusty areas (see pics).
So the outside is not perfect. Also,remember the primus? Well when the PO bought it one unit worked (theres 2)and he took the inop boiler out and the burner was full of rust,so he took the other boiler out,
same thing. He called them "junk" and started researching options. He has some options,but the coach heat was never fixed,and theres no water heater for showers either. But,everything else works just fine.

I would put in an Oasis diesel boiler,it will fit nicely and heat the house and the domestic water.
The Primus system can be put back in,as a 2nd option (he still has it).
The coach has electric heat too,so you will be warm meantime,lots of people only use the electric heat.
Put a small water heater in and have hot water!!



The generator runs fine and only has 1695 hours on it. The big engine (3208 Cat Turbo,300hp) also runs perfectly. 3059 hours on the Cat. The speedometer has been replaced and theres documents showing that and the mileage on the old odometer,the coach has about 120,000 on it.

Now,the great part,this coach is like new inside,it has oak cabinets and the thing is just awesome,its as near new as it could get! I don't think the stove has ever been used,the floor is marble and carpet,and the carpet looks like new. The couch and chairs are all like new,its amazing! And,did i mention theres no pink in this coach? No,i'm not kidding,its awesome,in perfect condition and NO PINK!

It has a Prosine inverter/charger, the tires are Michelin,they have no cracks and look new,but the dates are 2011,so plan on tires pretty soon. The engine batteries are fresh,the hose batteries are working,but old,plan on batteries.

The kitchen has the Nutone food center with the blender and another attachment (still in the box)
and an interesting surprise,it has a stainless bread box in a drawer,complete with lid. A 2 burner gas range,the rv fridge and the mic/con oven all look new. The Corian contertops look new,the floor tiles are not cracked,its a time capsule!

The coach has day/night shades and electric drapes,which are all working and like new. The generator is an Onan diesel,10kw and looks and runs good. You guys know the deal,its a fully loaded,fully self contained Wanderlodge. The only thing not working is the LPG Primus heat. The thing to do here is install an Oasis diesel boiler,it has domestic heat and hot water. Theres a bay where it will fit perfectly and the plumbing and electric is all in place.
