description: 1992 SP36 92,000 miles. Owned by us and Cat dealer maintained for the past 19 years. This coach runs and drives great. It has plenty of power, we pull a 22 ft boat or an SUV with it all the time. We live in NY. We have been to Disney in it 5 times and Gloucester Massachusetts almost every summer among other trips. Truly a second home where ever you go. It has big holding tanks and a big fuel tank. It has plenty of storage - we always travel as a family of 4. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pull out couch in the front. The 10K generator is more than you could ever need. We have dry camped for weeks at a time up at the lake. There is still plenty of life left in this one.
Things that aren't working: The dash a/c does not work - we always run with the roof a/c on - nice and cold. It will need all new tires, the tires have about 80% tread but has dry cracks in the sidewalls. The left front leveling jack weeps down the cylinder with weight on that jack.
Additional information : I just put all new belts on the engine. The coach is winterized right now - I'll put water back in it when it warms up some more. The fridge and the hot water heater have been replaced. We got the water heater from Randy to make sure it was the right one and the fridge is a 9 cubic FT Dometic a/c - LP - its the biggest fridge I could put in that space.
