Description
DESCRIPTION

1985 forward control wanderlodge,35 feet

OK,i normally i don't sell "fixer uppers",but i don't think this is a fixer upper,its more of a soap and water job.

This coach has lots of new parts and spare parts and oil and filters etc

call Randy 352 538 3435

check out wanderlodgeownersgroup.com for the truth on wanderlodges

OK,heres the deal,i normally don't take on fixer uppers but in this case i think what this bus needs is soap and water and a bucket full of elbow grease!!
Well,not really a bucketful,lets say a 12 pack full!

So,we have all heard this story before, the owner gets old,the coach sits a year or 3 and the kids (with tears in their eyes) tell Dad its time to sell.
This was dads pride and joy,his toy,his project.
You can tell this because of the boxes of spare parts yet to be installed,LED lights,filters,oil,8 new air bags, who knows what else?
The bus is sitting outside, but the paint indicates its been inside for most of its life.
The bus needs a good wash and wax,and that Imron paint will stand tall again.

The interior is very clean, but is cluttered with owners things and boxes of parts.
I think those boxes were in a building and when the building was sold they were moved to the bus (maybe).

The family put 2 new tires on the front, but the 4 on the back are 16 years old,it needs 4 new tires.
the batteries are less than a year old but they are dead, the coach is plugged in but for some reason they chargers are not working.
The caretaker where the coach is stored has no clue on the workings of a wanderlodge ,so it may be as simple as the switch not being on etc.
Will the batteries recover by charging? maybe, but i would not bet on it.
So,in my world i would install 4 new tires and new batteries, and drive it home, and wash it too, just for fun!

Best bet? call me,i will be happy to give details and the bus was winterized so no worries on freeze damage, the local diesel shop has been doing the service work and they seem to know the coach well.
The owner was a tinkerer and has restored old tractors and other stuff so hes not just an old guy with a dream.
There is a lot of goodness in this bus.
priced at $20,000 and it should sell fast.
Call Randy 352 538 3435

(by the way,i have not seen the bus in person, but i did have a good friend drive down and check it out,hes a bird owner and he knows equipment,he feels good about the bus)
