This 40 foot LX with living room slide is located in Pender Neb. I went to see the
coach and Carol took a few more pics. The coach is a 2 owner coach and the first
owner lived in Vegas, it was stored inside and it still is inside. It’s been living in a
heated barn all of its life! The coach only has 48,955 miles and 1578 hours on it,
the generator has 1396 hours.

It’s a very nice coach, it has the living room/dinette slideout. The cabinets are
cherry wood and in great shape. The furniture is all in great shape, not worn or
torn. It has a Dometic fridge, rv type and it was on and cold yesterday. The range
is a 2 burner gas and it looks new, barely used if used at all. Of course it has a
mic/con oven and an Instant Hot water tap. Corian countertops too, kitchen and
bath. The coach has a private toilet with a sink. It has 2 couches and the front
chairs are in excellent condition.

Now, thats the good, and here’s the bad. The coach needs tires, the batteries seem
to be only a year old. The coach is dirty from sitting, it needs a good wash and
wax, it would really shine if that was done, the paint is very nice except for the
front which has the 3M film on it, which is cracked and nasty looking. If the film
was removed it would look good! The carpet needs a good cleaning, the interior
needs a good cleaning. 3 of the day/night shades need attention, maybe new
strings.

Several of the Southco latches need to be replace, easy to do. The patio awning
needs to be rolled out and adjusted, no damage seen, but the slats are not lined up.
I think with a few days elbow grease this coach would really shine, but it will need
someone that can do odd jobs and that can see through the dust and dirt.

Carol says we could do this cleanup and fix-up in a few days (if we wanted too!)
Nice coach, but needs love! (or just soap and water)
