SOLD The seller of this coach is a well known Cat engine builder and his shop works on Wanderlodges all the time, hey specialize in Forward control Birds.
This bus came in with no issues, but they put in a 300+ HP rebuilt engine, and to back that up they installed a 3060 Allsion 6 speed overdrive transmission.
With this engine/trans combo the bus has averaged 8mpg at speeds up to 75mph,which is an easy cruising speed for this package.
The generator was replaced with a new diesel unit.
While in the shop it got new brakes, new air bags, the steering was rebuilt, complete steering box and new pump and hoses.
The engine bay got a new charge air cooler to help with the HP and mileage.
The seller says this.
